OPTION 1 (free): CSAGH volunteers can obtain the necessary documents free of charge. You will be able to upload those by accessing your Profile Page.
OPTION 2 ($21): Access a form to submit additional information to run a background screen. You will be asked to pay via credit card upon submission. (This satisfies the state criminal and child abuse background checks only.)
